Introducing the inaugural National Music Landmarks Week and Music Landmarks Fest Oct. 9-15, 2023!
The American Music Landmarks Project is excited and honored to announce its launch of National Music Landmarks Week and our first Music Landmarks Fest during the second week of October 2023! We invite music landmark operators, allied organizations and professionals, music fans and the general public to join us in celebrating the architectural legacy of American popular music - one of our country's greatest contributions to world culture - through participation in the Music Landmarks Festival virtual platform and on socials (whether on or off-site with music history!) using the hashtags #NationalMusicLandmarksWeek, #MusicLandmarksFest and #MusicLandmarks.

By establishing National Music Landmarks Week, the AMLP seeks to create public awareness, appreciation and support for the places that have shaped and will continue to define our collective music history and influence our shared American experience. Music Landmarks Fest 2023 will be hosted at musiclandmarks.org as a multimedia showcase of select music landmarks from across the US, representing a diverse offering of artists, genres and architectural styles (including preservation efforts in progress) that will highlight the AMLP's early work and national inventory. Subscribe to be the first to receive news and updates. Questions? Comments? Contact us at info@musiclandmarks.org. We look forward to connecting with you!
If you’re a music landmark operator, allied organization or professional interested in contributing digital content for Music Landmarks Fest, please fill out the interest form below by Sept. 30, 2023.
